Attorney Kevin E. Johnson has been practicing law for the past nine years and is a former prosecutor for the City of Richmond. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Johnson has handled over a thousand criminal cases in state and federal courts and has tried over one hundred jury and bench trials. He has appeared in The Richmond Times Dispatch, The Richmond Free Press, WWBT 12, WTVR 6, and WRIC 8. For the past 5 years, Mr. Johnson has been named one of Virginia’s Legal Elite for Criminal Law. Mr. Johnson represents clients charged for ANY criminal offense at the state or federal level. He represents his clients in courts throughout Virginia and federal court. He is admitted to practice in Virginia’s General District Courts, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, Circuit Courts, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court, and United States District Courts, Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Johnson lives in the Northern Neck with his wife, Ashley, and two sons, Jayden and Cody. He enjoys spending time with his family in Richmond, Northern Virginia, and the Tidewater area and fishing.
